Cline Realty
Pioneer Family - Young, Arizona
Pleasant Valley Area

The owners of Cline Realty have been around for generations, which gives them an un-surpassed knowledge of the Young-Pleasant Valley area, the homes and land, demographics, lifestyles, employment and marketing needs.

Pleasant Valley is a rural area, not much changed from generations past. So if you are looking for country living in an old west atmosphere and a rich history, this may be the place for you.

Out here we know our neighbors, their needs and the struggles one another goes through. When trouble comes we stand together. Our family (a big one round here) would like to welcome you to the area and help you get to know everyone, to become a part of our community.

OUR CLINE REALTY FAMILY

Woody Cline is the branch office manager for Cline Realty here in Young. Woody and his wife, Letha have three daughters, Meghan, Lacey and Lexi.

With his years of experience in ranching, Woody has expertise in sales of Ranch lands throughout the State of Arizona.

Woody and Letha also ranch in the Pleasant Valley area, owning the Marsh Creek and Ellenwood Permits. They specialize in providing natural beef and wild game.

Their daughter, Lacey has provided most of the photography for this website.

Laura Faye Cline is our broker. Laura Faye has been in Real Estate in Young since the early 80’s and a broker for 18 years. Woody and Wiley received their sales license in 2005, working with Laura Faye as their Broker.

Laura Faye and her husband, Francis Alfred Cline, Jr. ranched until the early 90’s when they sold the ranch. Francis has since concentrated on his business of pumps, windmills and maintenance of well.

Rod Hutton, 14 year Young resident with 25 years experience in Real Estate helps us with sales.

We also offer properties in Cornville, (Verde Valley) Arizona, where Wiley Cline is our branch manager. He is pictured here with his wife, Michelle, and children: Justin, Kyle and Teddi. Wiley's wife, Michelle is a daughter of a longtime prominent family of Cornville.

Our family first settled here around the time of statehood, so we know the area well.

Come and meet us, stay and visit a while- after all- we are really "out there." Take a look at the land, the properties and the community. We have a few places for you to stay while you are here. Check out our Directions page for a list of them.
