Our Pleasant Valley Community

Community Services:
Young has many services for such a small town.
They consist of;
1 grocery store, 2 restaurants, an auto parts store/shop, library, gas station and trap club.

Churches:
There is a Young Baptist Church, a Mormon congregation and Grace Bible Fellowship.

Young Public School:
Young Public School is in session Monday - Thursday. Friday's off for doctor appointments, sports, etc. Enrollment each year is approximately 85 students from preschool - 12th grade. For more information please contact Y.P.S at 928-462-3244 or

Mail Service:
Young Post Office is delivered mail 6 days a week from Globe, UPS delivers and picks up from local businesses and Fed Ex delivers only.

Telephone:
Midvale is the telephone and internet provider.
Three public phones in town, Post Office, The Antler and the Valley Bar. All free local calls. To contact Midvale: 1-800-462-4523

Power:
APS is the electricity service provider: 928-462-3505

Propane can be delivered from either Young or Globe.

Television:
Television is by antenna or satelite.
